Last updated October 15, 2025Car Expenses Tracker is licensed to You (“End-User”) by Findependence.app, located and registered in Sloneczna, Bielany Wrocławskie, 55-040, Poland , for use only under the terms of this License Agreement.By downloading or using the Licensed Application from Apple’s App Store (“Services”), and any updates thereto, You indicate that You agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement (“EULA”) and accept its terms.The parties acknowledge that the App Store is not a Party to this Agreement and has no obligations regarding the Licensed Application (including warranty, maintenance, or support). Findependence.app, not the App Store, is solely responsible for the Licensed Application and its content.This EULA may not conflict with Apple’s Media Services Terms and Conditions (“Usage Rules”). Findependence.app confirms that this EULA complies with those Usage Rules.The Car Expenses Tracker app is licensed, not sold, to You for use only under the terms of this EULA. The Licensor reserves all rights not expressly granted to You.1. THE APPLICATIONCar Expenses Tracker (“Licensed Application”) is a mobile app designed to help users record, manage, and analyze their car-related expenses. It allows You to:Track fuel, maintenance, repairs, and insurance costs.View spending summaries and cost trends.Store vehicle information (make, model, mileage, etc.).Generate expense insights and usage reports.(Optional) Use AI-powered suggestions for saving on vehicle costs.This app is not tailored to comply with industry-specific regulations (e.g., HIPAA, FISMA). Do not use it where your use would fall under laws such as the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) or similar financial-services regulations.2. USER-GENERATED CONTENTYou may be able to submit, upload, or store information such as expense records, notes, or media within the Licensed Application (“User Content”). You retain ownership of this content but grant Licensor a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and process it solely for operating and improving the app’s functionality.You are responsible for ensuring that any submitted content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe the rights of others.7. LIABILITY7.1 Licensor’s liability is limited to cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence. For breaches of essential contractual duties, Licensor is also liable for slight negligence, but only to the extent of foreseeable damages. This limitation does not apply to injury or loss of life.7.2 Licensor is not responsible for data loss or damages caused by unauthorized modification of the app or device. You are encouraged to back up data regularly.8. WARRANTY8.1 Licensor warrants that the Licensed Application is free from known malware or malicious code at the time of download and functions substantially as described.8.2 No warranty applies to defects caused by misuse, modification, or external factors beyond Licensor’s control.8.3 In case of app failure, You may contact the App Store operator for a refund of the purchase price. PRODUCT CLAIMSFindependence.app (not Apple) is responsible for addressing product claims related to the Licensed Application, including claims that the app fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements or infringes a third party’s rights.10. LEGAL COMPLIANCEYou agree to use the Licensed Application in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to data privacy, safety, and consumer protection.11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTSAll rights, title, and interest in the Licensed Application and related intellectual property belong to Findependence.app. This EULA grants no ownership rights—only a limited license to use the app under the specified terms.12. TERMINATIONThis license is effective until terminated. Your rights automatically terminate without notice if You fail to comply with any terms of this EULA. Upon termination, You must cease all use and delete all copies of the Licensed Application.13. THIRD-PARTY BENEFICIARIESApple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce its terms against You to the extent permitted by Apple’s Usage Rules.14.
